What is YAG?

You Give. You Change. You Inspire.

Established in 2006, YAG seeks to educate young graduates of Florida A&M University on the importance of continued support for their alma mater.  FAMU has a rich history of dynamic student leadership and activism, and has produced some of the nation’s best and brightest minds.  Young alums hold meaningful positions in Fortune 500 companies, they own small businesses, they are doctors and lawyers, and many serve our nation on Capitol Hill, in the White House, and in other high-ranking government positions around the world.

YAG engages this developing segment of the FAMU alumni community and stresses the importance of their financial, intellectual, and organizational support for the continuing success of their alma mater. YAG’s central message is that financial support and leadership from our young alumni is critical for the continued success of FAMU.
